Have questions before booking?

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through the Book Now button on the website. Choose your service, select an available time, and follow the checkout steps to reserve your appointment. If you are unsure which treatment to choose, book a custom facial or contact Gigi for guidance.

What facial should I book if I’m not sure?

The La-Beautiq Custom Facial is the best option if you are unsure. Gigi will look at your skin, ask about your concerns, and choose the best treatment approach for your current skin condition and goals.

Can I book if I have acne or breakouts?

Yes. Facials can help support acne-prone or congested skin, but the treatment will depend on your skin’s condition that day. Gigi may focus on calming, cleansing, hydration, gentle exfoliation, or extractions when appropriate. Please avoid picking at your skin before your appointment.

SKIN CONCERNS & PRODUCT USE

Can I book if my skin is sensitive or irritated?

Yes, but please let Gigi know before your treatment. If your skin is very inflamed, sunburned, peeling, or reacting to products, some advanced treatments may need to be avoided. A gentle, calming facial may be recommended instead.

Can I get a facial if I use retinol, tretinoin, or prescription skincare?

Please tell Gigi before your appointment if you use retinol, tretinoin, Accutane/isotretinoin, prescription acne medication, chemical exfoliants, or strong active products. Some treatments may need to be adjusted or postponed depending on what you use and when you last used it.

What should I avoid before my facial?

Avoid retinol, tretinoin, exfoliating acids, scrubs, strong peels, waxing, and excessive sun exposure before your appointment. If you are not sure whether to stop a product, message Gigi before your visit.

What should I avoid after my facial?

After your treatment, avoid heavy makeup, exfoliating products, retinol, direct sun, sauna, steam, and intense workouts for at least 24 hours unless Gigi gives you different instructions. Keep your routine gentle and use SPF during the day.

Will my skin be red after a treatment?

Some redness, warmth, or sensitivity can be normal depending on the treatment. This usually calms down, but everyone’s skin is different. Gigi will explain what to expect based on your service.

Can I get extractions?

Extractions may be performed when appropriate, but they are not forced. Gigi will decide based on your skin condition, sensitivity, and what is safe for your skin that day.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, some services require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your service total and helps protect appointment time.

Are appointments walk-in or by appointment only?

La-Beautiq is by appointment only so each client receives focused, personal care.

Where is La-Beautiq located?

La-Beautiq is located at 8680 W Warm Springs Rd, Suite 130, Studio 116, Las Vegas, NV.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible. This helps protect appointment time and allows another client the chance to book.

Can I contact Gigi with questions before booking?

Yes. If you have skin concerns, are unsure what service to choose, or want to ask about a product you are using, you can contact Gigi before booking.

Are radio frequency, microcurrent, or body contouring safe for everyone?

No. Radio frequency, microcurrent, and body contouring treatments are not recommended for everyone. You may not be a candidate if you have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, metal implants in the treatment area, certain heart conditions, are pregnant, or have specific medical concerns. Please tell Gigi about any medical conditions, implants, or medications before booking so your service can be adjusted safely.

Who should avoid microcurrent treatments?

Microcurrent may not be recommended if you have a pacemaker, implanted electrical device, epilepsy/seizure disorder, are pregnant, have certain heart conditions, or have metal implants in the treatment area. If you are unsure, please contact Gigi before booking.

Who should avoid radio frequency treatments?

Radio frequency may not be recommended if you have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, metal implants in the treatment area, are pregnant, have certain heart conditions, active skin infections, open wounds, or certain medical conditions. Please disclose all medical concerns before treatment.

Who should avoid body contouring treatments?

Body contouring may not be recommended if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, metal implants in the treatment area, certain heart conditions, active infections, open wounds, uncontrolled medical conditions, or recent surgery in the treatment area. Gigi will review your information before treatment.

What if I’m not sure if I’m a candidate?

If you have any medical condition, implanted device, metal in the body, recent surgery, are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medication, please contact Gigi before booking. Your safety comes first, and Gigi can help decide which treatment is appropriate for you.
