A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Gigi as soon as possible.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit may be required to book another appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. In this case, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to book again.

Arriving late may also shorten your service time so the next client’s appointment is not affected.

If  you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact Gigi, it will be considered a no-show.

No-shows forfeit their deposit. A new deposit may be required before booking another appointment.

For safety and relaxation, children are not allowed at appointments unless discussed and approved before your visit.

If you need to bring a child, please contact Gigi prior to your appointment. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the service, appointment length, and studio schedule.

All clients are required to complete a consultation form before treatment.

This helps Gigi review your skin, health history, medications, allergies, contraindications, and treatment goals before your service.

By booking, you agree to provide accurate information, ask questions before treatment, and follow all before-care and aftercare instructions given to you.

Please inform Gigi before your appointment if you are pregnant, nursing, have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, metal implants, heart condition, seizures, active infection, open wounds, recent surgery, or any medical condition that may affect your treatment.

Please also disclose prescription skincare, retinol, tretinoin, Accutane/isotretinoin, acne medication, recent peels, injectables, laser treatments, allergies, or skin sensitivity.

Some services, including radio frequency, microcurrent, advanced treatments, and body contouring, may not be suitable for everyone. Your service may be adjusted or postponed for your safety.

Every client’s skin is different. Redness, warmth, sensitivity, dryness, purging, or temporary irritation may happen after certain treatments.

Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, home care, consistency, and aftercare. La-Beautiq cannot guarantee identical results for every client.

Services are non-refundable once performed.

Products may be final sale once opened or used.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Any remaining balance after deposit must be paid before leaving your appointment.

La-Beautiq reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a treatment is not appropriate, if contraindications are present, if the client provides inaccurate information, or if behavior is disrespectful or unsafe.
