Punctuality
At La-beautiq, we ask you please reschedule or cancel your appoitnment at least 2 days before begining of your appoitnment.
we Allow a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appoitnment is canceled and you will be charged a 25.00 dollar same day cancel fee
Uncomfirmend appointments the day of your service is a canceled appoitnment. La-beautiq sends reminders two days prior to your service to comfirm your appointment.
Cancelations and No-shows
same day cancelation is 50% of your service and will be charged to your card on file. NO - Shows will not be allowed to request appointments . We understand life happens . Please reach out the studio if you think you wont be able to make it.
Sales And Promotions
Sales and Promotions on services need to be schedule within the alloted time frame of the promotion or sale.
Sales on retail are valid until the end of the sale or until suplies last. One promotion per client (cannot combined with any multiple discounts and/ or promotions. Come ready for your appointment.

La-Beautiq will reach out to you to give you some options for your treatment. Clients currently on Acutane, Renova, Retin-A or any form of high percentage of vitamin A . Need to book consultation before service.
Consultation form needs to be before service to offer adequate treatment for your skincare goals . Faluire to refusal to complete consutlation form will cancel your service.

Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at La-Beautiq. We appreciate your trust in our products. if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
RETURNS:
- you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it .
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be 90% of product still in product.
- your item must be in the original packaging .
Refunds:
- once we recieved your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item.
- we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item .
- if the return is approved , we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping:
- you will be resposable for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable .
